As the e-commerce infrastructure we serve grows for our company, which has been a manufacturer in the textile industry since 2019, we realized that managing dealer networks has become increasingly complex. Realizing that stock tracking, order management, price updates, shipping processes, collections, and commission calculations have become both time-consuming and error-prone processes for a manufacturer with hundreds of sub-dealers, we established the entire system infrastructure with a new architectural structure.

As Technoone, we make all these complex processes in the textile industry manageable from a single center with the dealer and dropshipping management system we have developed for manufacturers. The system digitizes the entire sales and collection chain end-to-end, from manufacturer to dealer and from dealer to end-user.

Products, prices, stock information, and variants defined through the manufacturer panel are instantly reflected in all sub-dealer panels. This allows both manufacturers and dealers to access up-to-date information through a single system. Price and stock changes are automatically synchronized, and all processes proceed seamlessly, eliminating the need for manual intervention, and collective invoice formalization is digitalized.

Commission management in the system is fully dynamic. Different commission rates can be set for each dealer group. Once a sale is completed, the system automatically distributes the collected amount among the manufacturer, dealer, and platform.

For example, if the dealer commission for a sale of 500 TL is defined as 20% and the platform share is defined as 5%, the system directs the payment as 375 TL to the manufacturer, 100 TL to the dealer, and 25 TL to the platform.

Thus, both accounting transactions and revenue tracking are completely automated.

Cargo integrations are also a key part of the system's order management process . Thanks to API integrations with logistics companies like Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG, Aras, Sürat, and PTT Kargo, when an order is confirmed, a cargo barcode is automatically generated in the manufacturer's warehouse, and shipment information is reflected on both the manufacturer and dealer screens.

Additionally, end users can track their shipment process step by step via SMS or email.

The developed platform also supports the dropshipping model. Dealers can integrate manufacturer-owned products into their own e-commerce sites (branded under their own names). Dealers can sell without holding any inventory; upon receiving an order, the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse to the customer. This model allows manufacturers to increase inventory turnover and dealers to generate risk-free income.

All these processes are supported by secure payment systems (such as iyzico, payTR, etc.). Payments are recorded instantly, and all transactions in the system are reported transparently.

The panel, which provides ease of use for both manufacturers and dealers with its user-friendly interface, offers instant reports on sales performance, commission distributions and shipping processes.
